The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in scheduling, communication, data entry, and client interaction. This role focuses on organizing daily activities, supporting various departments, and ensuring smooth workflow without direct team management responsibilities. The Coordinator plays a critical role in handling administrative tasks and serving as a welcoming point of contact for clients and visitors, facilitating efficient communication across departments.
Responsibilities:Manage and maintain schedules for meetings, appointments, and project timelines to support smooth operations.
Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external partners to ensure timely information flow.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and reporting.
Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, representing the company positively.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed by management or project teams.
Monitor inventory and ordering of office supplies to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
Support the execution of company events, meetings, and logistics coordination.
Collaborate with various teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and provide administrative support.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Continuously seek process improvements to enhance coordination and office efficiency.
